Joshua Espejo

Dr. Joshua Espejo brings his investor real estate expertise to the table. Having been investing since 2019, he has since developed a rich network of domestic business partners, specializing in the Managerial, Physical, and Investing aspects of Real Estate.
Bridging the gap between private investors and commercial multifamily deals is a new found passion for Josh, and he works tirelessly to provide win-win situations for all who are willing to invest with him and his team.

Ivan Luk

Ivan has a background in HVAC and construction. Having worked on multiple projects on the strip and across the Las Vegas Metropolitan area, he has an adept understanding of contractor relations, building systems, and project management.
Combining his passion for engineering and project management experience, Ivan evaluates each property with extreme care to ensure that the properties are a sound and successful investment.

IVAN LUK

Paul Napalan

Paul has 30 plus years in the design and construction industry. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture with extensive background in multimedia, 3D graphics and IT.
He is a LEED and OSHA certified. He also holds numerous patents. He used to own a design company based in South America providing services to international clientele from Dubai, Singapore, Europe, Americas and the US.
Prior to joining PCIG, he worked as a designer in one of the most recognized casino-builder in Las Vegas, The Marnell Companies. He also worked as a construction superintendent/ project engineer for multi-million-dollar projects in Las Vegas.
As an avid investor himself, he personally acquired a variety of single homes with hands-on renovations and home flips. With his talent and experience, he brings in extensive skills and knowledge in all aspects of real estate investment and development.
